About Johnny Cade

I am a seventeen year old boy, who is proudly a greaser. My build is not very good, but since I got beat up, my friends have all been around me to protect each other. At home, my parents usually fight a lot with me and my father whips me regularly, but I'd rather get whipped then to be shouted at. My favorite one of the gang is Ponyboy, both of us are calmer than the rest, and we do not enjoy fighting and rumbles. I am a single child, but I consider all of my fellow greasers brothers. Currently I do not have a girlfriend, but when we go to the Nighty Double next time, I'm going to try to find some cute girl. My goal is to work in a place where I can make money so I can leave my parents' house and buy a new one. I currently live on the east side of town, where the hoods usually hang out and the lower class people hang here to. My role in our society is to just hang back and defend myself, since I can't defend any other person since I am the smallest, but I'm also street wise and I agree with anything anybody says to me and I'm also up to do anything for the gang.
